Norman L. Gaither Jr was the owner of NorArk Executive Group (1998 t0 2016) , a company that provided trusted advice to a diverse population of small Businesses; recently he moved to the Bethany Beach area of Delaware. His debut [fiction] novel titled: Cecilia’s Satchel, is the first book to be released in his new sci-fi thriller trilogy, Below the Mantle.
Although he has severed on and chaired many boards and worked with a variety of executives, managers, and students, his true passion is providing an entertaining perspective on the real struggles and conflicts in both life and in business.
